Definition
A light-hearted PPP measure published by The Economist, comparing local Big Mac prices to gauge whether currencies are over- or under-valued.
Example
If a Big Mac costs $5 in the US and the local equivalent of $3 in Mexico, the peso may be undervalued vs the dollar.
