Aggregate Supply
Definition
Total output firms are willing to produce at each price level. Short-run AS slopes upward (sticky wages); long-run AS is vertical at the economy's productive capacity.
Example
An oil shock shifts short-run aggregate supply left — same demand, higher prices, lower output.
